• Breeder verification information, such as species, registry, certificate number, certificate files, review status, and related notes.
• Pet and transfer information when those features are used, such as pet records, ownership status, and transfer history.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, logs, and security events.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Provide pet identity, shop, breeder verification, and transfer workflows.
• Display account, shop, and verification information inside the product.
• Review breeder certificate submissions and maintain verification status.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
• Improve reliability, support, and user experience.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate Petti. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and security infrastructure; Vercel for hosting and deployment; and Google or Meta when you choose to sign in with those providers. These services process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Petti, with users or businesses involved in pet records and transfers, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Petti, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate pet and verification records. You may request account or data deletion by contacting admin@velratech.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate pet ownership and verification history.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to information based on operational need.

Children

Petti is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Petti after changes means you accept the updated policy.
